Andrews Land Surveying opened its doors for business in February 2011 by serving our customers in the state of Delaware.  In 2012 we expanded our operations to the state of Maryland offering Boundary Surveys, Location Drawings, Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Residential/Commercial Construction Stakeout, preparing legal descriptions, and Site Plans to name a few.

Keith Andrews has over 20 years of hands-on experience with the many facets of land surveying in Maryland and Delaware.

We offer services to real estate professionals, developers, general contractors, private owners, engineering firms and freelance professionals.  A Professional Land Surveyor is directly involved with ALL stages of each project from field to delivery of the finished product.

Andrews Land Surveying covers Kent and Sussex in the state of Delaware, and all Maryland counties except for Garrett, Allegany, Frederick, and Washington.
